Step 1 | Concept

Right from conception, we work closely with our clients to understand their project and the essence of their build. This enables us to ensure all elements of the design are closely monitored throughout the project and delivered as a priority. We create tailored information workflows and define performance criteria, which brings real value to the project. The result is a build that meets clients' needs and eliminates the performance gap that exists in our industry today.

Step 2 | Design

We love identifying the important elements of design for our clients, such as the positioning of a building to optimise the view, or a corridor to optimise functionality. We also understand that the devil is in the detail and if this is overlooked there is no design. This is why we engage with manufacturers and specialist suppliers, using digital 3D prototypes and BIM to ensure full design coordination is complete

Step 3 | Construction

We pride ourselves in delivering design that is construction ready. The use of digital prototyping enables us to virtually design and construct prior to the actual build. Our boots are always at the ready so we can be present on site to resolve any issues and stay closely involved in the construction process.

Step 4 | Handover and Beyond

Design and construction is just a small part of the building’s lifecycle so we design with the end in mind. To ensure a smooth handover we work closely with the client team and make sure they have the operational knowledge they need to manage the building efficiently. Robust processes are put in place at the start to capture the information and data needed for effective and efficient asset management.
